Randall Barondess

In addition to commercial real estate, Randall manages and mentors the Business Brokerage and Commercial Services division in small and mid-market main street business sales and acquisitions. Services include financial recasting and analysis, commercial leaseholds, asset management, commercial real estate sales, development & exit strategy planning.

Randall Barondess developed the business brokerage division for Troop Real Estate now C21Everest in 2004. In late 2019, Randall joined the ReMax One Commercial Real Estate Family bringing his Business and Commercial Services team with him to create and expand the MaxOne Business and Commercial Services division.

Prior to joining the Real Estate Industry, Randall had more than 15 years of hands on business management, strategic planning, business unit mergers, acquisitions, site and marketing development for a publicly traded DAX exchange company. As the hands on CEO and CFO of the North American Division, his responsibilities were to ensure continued Business Unit Acquisitions through out North America, domestic and international marketing, controlled multiple 3PL warehousing contracts throughout the U.S.A and Canada, managed logistics, ocean freight, freight forwarding and domestic transportation. Randall was mentored and worked closely over this time along side senior staff and auditors with Price Waterhouse Coopers, and PKF Worldwide.
